Comparison

CallUltra vs Awaz.ai

An orchestration and billing layer built on top of Retell AI, sold white-label first to agencies and resellers.

The short version

Awaz has a better white-label product than we do, custom domains, partner billing, affiliate management. It also cannot sell or connect Indian phone numbers, by its own documentation. If you are reselling in India, that is a disqualification rather than a drawback.

Where CallUltra is stronger

They cannot supply Indian numbers

Awaz’s own FAQ states that because of India’s VOIP regulations, Awaz and Twilio do not currently support purchasing or connecting Indian phone numbers directly, and describes Indian SIP support as extremely limited. For an India-first buyer this is structural, not a gap that a roadmap closes.

You are not buying a resold layer

Awaz is an orchestration and billing layer over Retell AI, so their per-minute floor, latency, model choice and voice roadmap are set upstream, and a buyer can go to Retell directly. Their own help centre discloses roughly $0.12-0.14/min of cost against $0.34-0.40/min retail.

Where Awaz.ai is stronger

The white-label product is genuinely better than ours

Unlimited sub-accounts, custom domain with SSL, per-plan templates, a currency switcher, bundled-minute plans with top-ups and overage billing, Stripe collection, affiliate management and full platform translation. CallUltra has a commission engine, not a white-label product: there is no custom domain, no rebrandable dashboard, no partner-set retail pricing and no partner-facing interface today. On the specific axis we describe as our differentiator, Awaz ships more.

Unusual pricing transparency

They publish their own cost of goods and state the reseller price floor plainly. That builds real trust with agency buyers, and most vendors in this category, including us, do not do it.

Which one should you pick?

Choose Awaz if you are an agency reselling outside India, the US, Latin America or Europe, and white-label billing and branding is the centre of your business.

Pricing

CallUltra starts at ₹2,999/month with 300 AI minutes included, rising to ₹14,999 for 2,100 minutes and 20-way concurrency. Overage runs from ₹5 down to ₹3.75 a minute depending on tier, and telephony is included in the rate. Minutes are counted only once the callee answers.

Awaz lists $0.40/min on Starter and $0.34/min on Pro, with a White Label tier at $297/month. Numbers, web calls, additional knowledge bases and email are billed on top.

Pricing read 24 August 2026. Compare loaded cost rather than headline rate, several vendors in this category exclude telephony, language-model usage or both from the advertised per-minute figure.

Common questions

Can Awaz.ai make calls to Indian numbers?

Awaz’s own FAQ states that due to India’s VOIP regulations, Awaz and Twilio do not currently support purchasing or connecting Indian phone numbers directly, and describes Indian SIP support as extremely limited. Verify with them directly before assuming India coverage.

Does CallUltra offer a white-label reseller product?

Not today. CallUltra has a two-level commission engine with versioned rates and partner statements, but no custom domain, rebrandable dashboard or partner-facing portal. If white-label branding is your core requirement, Awaz currently ships more of it.

Test both on the same call script
