Comparison

CallUltra vs Ringg AI

An India-focused calling platform built around its own Hindi speech-recognition model, with published accuracy benchmarks.

The short version

Ringg publishes a measured Hindi word-error rate and exposes per-call latency in its webhooks, two falsifiable claims almost nobody else in this category makes, including us. We have broader integrations and larger single-campaign capacity. If your workload is Hindi at volume, test Ringg first and make us earn the comparison.

Where CallUltra is stronger

Integration breadth

Ringg names one CRM on its homepage, and its Zapier app exposes four actions and no triggers, meaning Zapier can push calls in but cannot react to Ringg events without custom webhook handling. CallUltra ships Zoho, HubSpot and Google Sheets with write-back, plus three calendar providers.

Campaign size without a beta flow

Ringg’s documentation states that campaigns of 5,000+ rows require a separate large-campaign flow marked beta. CallUltra imports up to 10,000 leads in one ordinary transaction.

A documented reseller layer

We could find no reseller or commission programme documented by Ringg. CallUltra carries two-level commission accrual with versioned rates and per-partner statements.

Where Ringg AI is stronger

Measured Hindi accuracy, published

Their speech model is trained on 60,000+ hours of Hindi telephony audio and they publish a normalised Hindi word-error rate of 7.27 against competing engines at 8.94 and 12.36. That is a falsifiable claim, and the standard buyer field test is exactly what it was built to pass. We publish no such benchmark.

Latency you can actually see

Ringg’s webhook payloads carry overall latency and first-utterance timings per call, alongside cost, transcript and recording. CallUltra has done more latency engineering than we can prove, the worker is warmed before the call is placed, handshakes run in parallel, audio publishes at the model’s native rate, but we do not currently surface a latency number to customers. Ringg can put a figure in front of you and we cannot.

Enterprise references and funding

Credible named enterprise logos and an institutional Series A, plus telephony breadth into established Indian contact-centre platforms that lowers switching cost for existing call centres.

Which one should you pick?

Choose Ringg AI if…

Choose Ringg if your workload is Hindi or Hinglish at volume, collections, reminders, verification, and you intend to run a word-error-rate test. That is the test they are built to win.

Choose CallUltra if…

Choose CallUltra if your leads and dispositions must live in Zoho or HubSpot, or if you are running large single campaigns and want CRM write-back without custom webhook work.

Pricing

CallUltra starts at ₹2,999/month with 300 AI minutes included, rising to ₹14,999 for 2,100 minutes and 20-way concurrency. Overage runs from ₹5 down to ₹3.75 a minute depending on tier, and telephony is included in the rate. Minutes are counted only once the callee answers.

Ringg lists ₹6 per connected minute, stated to include speech recognition, synthesis, the language model, telephony and basic analytics, a genuinely all-in figure. Numbers are listed separately at ₹499/month, with advanced analytics at ₹2/call.

Pricing read 24 August 2026. Compare loaded cost rather than headline rate, several vendors in this category exclude telephony, language-model usage or both from the advertised per-minute figure.

Common questions

Is Ringg AI more accurate than CallUltra for Hindi?

Ringg publishes a normalised Hindi word-error rate; we do not publish a benchmark. On the available evidence they have the stronger documented claim, and if Hindi accuracy is your deciding factor you should test both rather than take either vendor’s word for it.

What is the difference between Ringg AI and Ring.ai?

They are different companies. "Ring.ai" also refers to a US company and to other vendors in adjacent categories. Confirm which product a comparison refers to before relying on it.
